# Synit Manual

## Welcome!

Synit is an experiment in applying **pervasive reactivity** and **object capabilities** to the

||
[System Layer](./src/glossary.md#system-layer) of an operating system for personal computers,
|
||
including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
|
||
|
||
This is the manual for the system.
