Expanders for events and assertion-patterns.

Introduced expanders for events (define-event-expander) and for
assertion-patterns (define-assertion-expander).

Introduced convenience syntax and utilities in web.rkt for working
with web requests.

Support nested bindings in assertion-patterns for message events
(only).
